Dont we just hate listening to this?
What have the authorities acheived by imposing the deadline?? Have the crime rates or accidents been reduced??? How about providing better security than shooing people back home at 11?

Bengalooru... India's very own Silicon valley... no more known for the lovely gardens of lal bagh or cubbon park! What has taken over is the IT BPO Booooooooom! Ask any non bengaloorian about the garden city and he is bound to enquire about the pub culture here...
